The surrounding area offers beautiful hiking trails yet

the hotel provides convenient access to the Mt Asahidake ropeway, just a five-minute walk away. My stay was pleasant overall, though I found the onsen experience slightly average compared to others. The staff were friendly, which added to the comfort.

excellent stay with minor improvements needed

The spacious Maisonette room provided a perfect retreat after our outdoor activities. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, with everything appearing new and tastefully decorated. Relaxing in the modern onsen was a highlight, especially after a long day hiking Mt. Asahidake. The quality of food at the buffet was excellent, particularly the perfectly cooked beef. I also appreciated the tranquil atmosphere which made our stay very relaxing.

However, I felt the breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to the amazing dinner variety.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the large onsen after our days of hiking. The room was perfect for our family, spacious enough for our small child to play. Being so close to the Ropeway made every day super convenient for adventure seekers.

My kids wished there were more western breakfast options.

It was just a decent option for a flash visit in Higashikawa with a reasonable price. The staff were really friendly and helped me plan a trip up Mt. Asahidake, which was awesome. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to avoid getting stuck.

The family enjoyed the spacious Maisonette room, which provided a relaxing atmosphere after our daily adventures. The onsen experience was enjoyable, though a bit warmer water would have enhanced it. The buffet offered a delightful variety of food, particularly the beef that was cooked perfectly. However, the breakfast choices felt somewhat limited compared to the vibrant dining options available during dinner and more fruits would have been appreciated. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to an overall pleasant stay.
