The deluxe twin room was exceptionally spacious and clean, and I cherished the variety of pillows and the tranquil onsen experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.

I had a very relaxing stay! My room was beautiful and modern with amazing views. The food was great, and the staff helped me plan my trip. The onsen had several quiet pools, perfect for unwinding. Can't wait to come back! 😊

excellent stay with minor improvements needed

The spacious Maisonette room provided a perfect retreat after our outdoor activities. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, with everything appearing new and tastefully decorated. Relaxing in the modern onsen was a highlight, especially after a long day hiking Mt. Asahidake. The quality of food at the buffet was excellent, particularly the perfectly cooked beef. I also appreciated the tranquil atmosphere which made our stay very relaxing.

However, I felt the breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to the amazing dinner variety.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the large onsen after our days of hiking. The room was perfect for our family, spacious enough for our small child to play. Being so close to the Ropeway made every day super convenient for adventure seekers.
